"Darrell is such a professional and his years of experience show in his work. He took time to answer all of our questions, and to listen to our priorities. Based on this he made suggestions on improvements we could / should make to our home prior to market, and on how to price. In just three days we had dozens of showings and multiple offers over asking! Darrell then lead us through the pros and cons of each offer and where they fit into our priorities.
